How quickly can you respond to a tow request?
Our average response time is under 20 minutes throughout Orange County and Long Beach. We use GPS-dispatched routing to send the nearest available truck to your location.
Do you accept AAA memberships?
Yes! KO Towing & Recovery is a fully authorized AAA (Automobile Club of Southern California) provider. Your AAA membership towing miles are honored, and we bill directly through AAA. Simply call us or dispatch through your AAA app.
Are you available on holidays and weekends?
Absolutely. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including all holidays. Breakdowns don't keep a schedule, and neither do we.
What types of vehicles do you tow?
We tow sedans, SUVs, pickup trucks, motorcycles, luxury and exotic vehicles, and commercial vehicles up to medium-duty class.
How much does a tow cost in Orange County?
Pricing varies based on vehicle type, distance, and service needed. We follow the City of Irvine and CHP-approved fee schedules for government calls. AAA members are covered under their plan. Contact us for a quote.
Can you tow to any destination?
Yes. We can tow your vehicle to any dealership, repair shop, or address you choose. We service all of Orange County, Long Beach, and surrounding areas.
Do you offer roadside assistance without towing?
Yes — we offer battery jump-starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, and lockout assistance. AAA members can access these through their membership.
Where are your locations?
We have three locations: our Fullerton HQ at 542 E. Walnut Ave, our Santa Ana impound yard at 1730 S Standard Ave, and our Long Beach location at 4800 Airport Plaza Dr. All locations are fully operational 24/7.
Are your drivers certified?
Yes. All KO Towing drivers are CTTA-certified and TIMS-trained. Our fleet meets CHP inspection standards and carries full compliance documentation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle. AAA members are billed directly through AAA. Payment is processed securely on-site.
