Program

KO Towing & Recovery Service Updates sends text messages about a towing or roadside service you have requested:

• confirmation that we received the request;
• your driver's ETA and status updates while the service is in progress;
• answers to questions you text us about that service;
• one follow-up message after the service is complete.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program. Messages come from (877) 589-9811.

How you opt in

You agree to receive these service texts when you give us your mobile number to request service:

• directly from KO Towing & Recovery, by phone or on our website; or
• through your motor club (such as AAA), by phone or online. Your motor club dispatches KO Towing & Recovery as your service provider and shares your number so we can update you about that service.

Our first message identifies KO Towing & Recovery and explains how to opt out. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your service request, typically a few messages per request. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP

Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT) at any time to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to subscribe again.
