- • We walk the property with you and review entrances, signs, curbs, and fire lanes
- • You sign a written towing agreement naming who at your property can authorize tows
- • We install free signs and paint curbs and fire lanes, and service begins

- • 24/7 dispatch when an authorized person requests a tow
- • Police notification after every tow, as the law requires
- • Written authorization forms and three years of records kept for every tow
- • Secure storage within 10 miles of your property and a professional release process for vehicle owners
Who pays
Vehicle owners pay towing and storage charges when they retrieve their vehicles, as California law provides. Signs and curb painting are free to the property with a towing agreement.

How long does setup take?

Can we switch from our current towing company?
Yes. We'll replace signs that name your old company so the posted information is correct, and service starts once the new agreement is signed.
