Parking Enforcement for Mobile Home Parks
Narrow internal streets, limited guest parking, and the need to keep fire access open make parking rules especially important in mobile home parks. We help park managers enforce them lawfully.
Common problems we solve
- • Cars parked on narrow internal streets that block fire access
- • Guest spaces used by non-residents
- • Inoperable vehicles stored on site
How we help
- • Signs at every park entrance that meet CVC §22658
- • Free red curb and fire lane painting on internal streets
- • General authorization for fire lane and hydrant violations
Check your park rules
Mobile home parks also operate under California's Mobilehome Residency Law, so your park rules and resident notices should line up with it. Your park attorney or association can confirm. We make sure the towing side follows Vehicle Code §22658.

Frequently asked questions
Can you tow a resident's inoperable car?
Inoperable vehicles can be removed under §22658 when the legal requirements are met, but parks should also follow their own rules and resident notice requirements. Talk with your park attorney, then we'll handle the tow.
